St Thomas Church, Overmonnow has recently redeveloped their old church hall into a new, modern and attractive community hall. The hall has been renamed Tŷ Price, in memory of the late Revd Canon Norman Price, a former vicar of Overmonnow. Since it’s re-opening in July 2017, Tŷ Price has become a centre for many community events, with a particular vision for enabling social inclusion.
Tŷ Price is a community centre open to all regardless of age, ability, culture or faith. It will provide a focus for community activities and groups serving the Overmonnow area and other parts of Monmouth.
The main hall and three other rooms are available for hire at reasonable rates by local residents, community groups, local businesses, public bodies and anyone who will contribute to community life.
